Terms of use
These notes describe the intended use of the current Worth Finding product. They do not establish a final legal agreement.
The service
Worth Finding supports relationship-based recruiting. It helps authorized candidates, clients, and staff take part in their respective workflows; it does not make recruiting or hiring decisions in place of people.
Eligibility
Worth Finding is an adults-only professional recruiting service. Candidates and account holders must be at least 18 years old. The service is not intended for children or minors.
Using an account
Accounts and invitations provide access to specific Worth Finding workspaces. Use only the account and information you are authorized to access, keep sign-in credentials private, and use the service in a way that respects candidate privacy and the access boundaries shown by your role.
Candidate information
Worth Finding is a private recruiting network, not a public candidate directory. Worth Finding puts a candidate forward to a company, with a reviewed profile that leaves out the candidate’s name and contact details, only after the candidate has allowed anonymous profile sharing. Candidate identity is disclosed through the opportunity-specific consent process. A resume uploaded to Worth Finding remains a private source document and is not itself a client-facing profile.
Recruiting outcomes
Worth Finding supports introductions and recruiting work. A match, presentation, or account does not promise an interview, offer, placement, or other particular outcome. Human recruiting and client decisions remain authoritative.
Final terms
The final agreement, including the legal operator and any applicable jurisdiction-specific terms, has not been established in this pre-launch draft. No final Terms of Service are available on this page yet.
