How it works
You tell us about a role. A recruiter who knows the field considers the professionals in the network and puts forward a short list, each with a clear reason he or she may fit.
Introduced only when ready
Professionals in the network decide what is shared. You first see a reviewed profile without a name. A name is released only after the professional approves it for your company and that opportunity, one at a time.

Companies do not sign up on their own. We begin with a conversation about the roles you are hiring for, then set up access for the people on your team who will review candidates.
